We are pleased to host a giveaway of the picture book, 'Twas the Night Before Christmas . . .A First for Gus, by Sherry Roberts, illustrated by Dylan Hale (Young Dragon Press 2021). Enter in the Rafflecopter below.

About the Book:
It's the night before Christmas, and Gus can't sleep. He lives in a shelter and longs for a home of his very own. Suddenly, he hears a loud noise and looks outside to find Santa Claus. As they ride off into the night sky together, Gus has no idea what surprises their trip will bring.

About the Author: Sherry Roberts has had two basset hounds, Princess and Samantha. Samantha was one of three sisters. The two other sisters belonged to her brother's family and sister's family. When her nieces and nephew were little, she loved to make up stories. Now she enjoys writing stories for others to read. She holds a graduate degree from the University of Louisville in curriculum and instruction. She has taught middle school, high school, and college business classes. She was instrumental in developing technology camps during the summer for elementary students. Sherry lives in middle Tennessee with her rescue dog named Gizzie and is in her 37th year of teaching.

About the Illustrator: Dylan Hale has been creating works of art since he was four years old. His passion for all things artistic has led him down some interesting career paths, including cake decorator, muralist, design advisor, teacher, and illustrator. A native of Bentonville, Arkansas, Dylan's heart lies in the classroom with his students. He holds a BFA in Art Education from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and is currently working on an MFA.
