Picture Book Giveaway

We are pleased to host a giveaway of the picture book, When I'm Not Looking, by Farren Phillips (Yeehoo Press), out on May 18.

About the book: An interactive detective story with fun fill-in-the-blanks and laugh out loud details. Legs loves her pet duck. But Legs isn’t quite sure what her duck gets up to when she’s not looking. Her duck may want Legs to think that she is just sitting around a pond eating bread all day, but Legs knows better than that! She is certain that her duck is more likely dressing like a knight and fighting dragons, starting an army of ducks, building a rocket, and even trying on Leg’s best pants.

About the author-illustrator: Farren Phillips is an Author/Illustrator from the UK with a passion for making people both laugh and think. After graduating with her MA from Cambridge School of Arts she has gone on to publish picture books around the world. From a caterpillar having an existential crisis to Schrödinger’s duck, her stories always bring laughs to storytime as well as introducing children to the world of philosophy and ethics. Farren’s biggest dream is to create stories so entertaining and wacky that they stay with the readers long into adulthood.
