PICTURE BOOK GIVEAWAY

Today we have a special picture book giveaway, THE PAPER KINGDOM, by Helena Ku Rhee, illustrated by Pascal Campion (Penguin Random House), coming out on Feb. 18. Enter to win the giveaway below and also check out the pre-order campaign.

THE PAPER KINGDOM is based on the author's childhood, when her parents worked as night janitors in Los Angeles. On nights they couldn't find anyone to watch over her, they took her with them to work, where they turned drudgery into magic. The Paper Kingdom expresses the joy and spirit of a loving family who turn a routine and ordinary experience into something much grander. Magical art by Pascal Campion shows both the real world and the fantasy through the eyes of the young narrator, Daniel. The book has received lovely early reviews, including starred reviews from Kirkus and Booklist.

Helena Ku Rhee works as a VP at a movie studio by day, and dreams up story ideas in her spare time. Follow her via Twitter @HelenaRhee

Pascal Campion is a prolific French-American illustrator who does cover art for The New Yorker magazine and animation for DreamWorks Animation, Disney, and Cartoon Network. Twitter @pascalcampion
